Just look at these two random beautiful people enjoying a drink ...

Paris, huh? You can just about hear the strains of "Sur le pont d'Avignon ....." or "Je ne regret rien ....."

But no, this photo was taken in Gornji Grad, high up above the city of Zagreb.

Yes, some people in Croatia dress as stylishly as anywhere else in the world. [I stress .... some.]

Katastrofa!  I can't find my photos of people walking ("promenading" is a better word) on the Split Riva during summer - especially on Saturday mornings. Off to have a coffee - and to be seen. This is referred to as špica.

The gorgeous Dalmatian ladies are usually so dressed up, and seem to have been na frizuri for five hours. And the men? ...... Long black coats (even if it is summertime) and some with huge black hats.

Fashionistas!

Mustn't forget that the compulsory dog is also highly coiffured, and just as aware of the attention that he/she is getting.
